The enchanting “Le Pont des Arts”, a beloved bridge in Paris, gracefully crosses the Seine River, connecting the illustrious “Louvre” to the “Institut” on the western bank, near the entrance of the “Quartier Latin”. As you feast your eyes on the scene, an intriguing sight catches your attention on the right side of the picture – a towering skyscraper boasting an exquisite Art Deco design.
